Keltour offers full service panel design, fabrication and programming for projects of all sizes. Wiring personnel and test technicians follow rigid company fabrication guidelines and testing procedures for guaranteed quality and on-time delivery. Custom test equipment is used and also built for customers. PLC's Allen Bradley SLC/CL Platforms, G.E.Fanuc, Omron, Siemens, Schneider(Modicon), B&R and many more.

Keltour provides comprehensive Protection & Control Equipment Configuration services, including Relay Settings for various brands, HV Breaker Control Logic, SCADA/RTU Settings, HMI Programming, IEC 61850 Design & Integration, and Time Synchronization options like IRIG-B and PTP.

TESTING & COMMISSIONING

Keltour provides thorough Testing & Commissioning services, covering visual inspections, point-to-point checks, network and power-up tests, communication checks, time synchronization verification, and snag lists. Their services include detailed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedures, relay tests, and configuration verifications. For Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), they conduct relay functional tests, integrated SCADA tests, bay control checks, and IEC 61850 testing.
