It is a global program that operates in multiple countries, including Canada and is known for its rigorous evaluation process.

The Great Place to Work certification process involves a Trust Index Employee Survey about workplace experience, including factors like trust, respect, camaraderie, and fairness, and a Culture Audit which is a detailed questionnaire providing information about the company's policies, practices, and programs related to workplace culture.
